Tranzend is a culmination of my life’s experiences and discoveries from my personal health journey and pursuit for optimal health. Over the past decade and a half I’ve been fortunate to have worked with some of the most brilliant minds in advanced nutritional sciences, and trained with the most skilled strength and conditioning coaches in the world.

I’ve spent my adult life living health, practicing advanced nutritional sciences, integrating healing plant medicine, and teaching my methods of organic, conscious living to the people, businesses, and athletic teams that I work with. With Tranzend, all of my experience and information is here, available for you.

As a Hollywood Celebrity trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, and corporate health consultant, and with my 3 amazing children keeping me busy, you can say that I have a full life. And that’s what I believe life should be! Full and filled with things that bring you happiness.

I see fulfillment as a state of mind, not a goal or destination, and I specialize in developing techniques to help my clients (and myself!) activate our most empowered mindset and highest levels of performance. I’ve discovered that when you combine the biochemical stimulation from exercise with the mindful awareness of being present with yourself in the NOW, you focus more on loving the journey rather than becoming fixated on the destination. This is the ultimate recipe for unlocking your potential and becoming your best self.
